One photographer, start to finish
How a shoot actually runs.
No surprises on the day, and nothing for the vendor to organise beyond opening the door. The same person who takes the brief carries the camera and grades the files, so what you approve is what lands in your inbox.

Step 01
The brief
Send the address, the floor area and the date you need it live. We check sun angles for the property's aspect and propose a start time — often earlier or later than you'd expect.

Step 02
Shoot day
Two to three hours on site. We work room by room, tidy the small things ourselves, and shoot the exterior when the facade is out of hard shadow.

Step 03
The edit
Blended by hand, not by batch. Verticals corrected, colour cast pulled out of the whites, and every frame checked against the room as it stood.

Delivery
A single link, next business day by 5 pm. Web-sized set for MLS, full-resolution masters for print, and floor plans as PDF and PNG.
